Here’s a double-header of a favorite hunting anecdote from Keene, as drawn in two distinct styles by guest artists Jett L. and Lauren H. at a recent KPL Family Comics Workshop:

Jett’s comic (above) uses narration to advance the plot.  Lauren’s 2-page version (below) lets the actions speak for themselves:
